Travel News Market Business Seminar 2026 – now open for registration

On Tuesday, January 27th at Scandic Spectrum in Copenhagen, Travel News hold our annual B2B trade fair at full capacity with around 80 exhibitors from all over the world. In collaboration with DBTA and Fragomen Nomadic, the day will start, as usual, with a business seminar focusing on the economic tensions and the consequences for Danish businesses and travelers.

The seminar starts with registration and coffee from 8:oo and ends at 10:00 when the Travel News Market opens.

Key Note speakers at the seminar:

Ulrik H. Bie – Economics editor at Berlingske

Ulrik Bie is economic editor at Berlingske and has previously served as chief economist at the Institute of International Finance in Washington, DC and at Nykredit in Copenhagen. At Berlingske, he covers everything from major structural changes in the global economy to more specific topics such as inflation, monetary policy and the interplay between economics and politics. Ulrik Bie has served as financial attaché at the Danish embassy in Washington, as well as economist at the National Bank of Denmark. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Mikkel Wismann – Commercial Director Nordics, Nomadic

With a background as COO, Managing Director, and Vice President in global mobility and travel sectors, he brings over a decade of executive experience driving scalable solutions, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation. As Commercial Director Nomadic I Fragomen , he lead strategic growth across the Nordics, helping organizations navigate the complexities of short-term business travel, immigration, and compliance with agility and precision.
